Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences Black and Golden Jubilee

A celebration of the Department's 50th anniversary
September 21-23, 2017

The Black and Golden Jubilee celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences will be held September 21-23, 2017. The celebration includes a variety of engaging science activities, an anniversary gala, sponsorship of the homecoming football game and an open house that includes kid-friendly activities. Past and present faculty and staff will join in the celebration and EAPS alumni reunion. Please join the college in celebrating the department, its alumni and friends.

WeConnect event

We Connect: Women in Science, Women in Management

September 24-25, 2017

The College of Science invites alumnae back to campus September 24-25 for WeConnect, an event for Women in Science and Women in Management. This event brings together female business leaders, technologists, scientists, and thinkers to share insights and discuss strategies for leading and engaging the future workforce. This interactive and thought-provoking event will allow you to refine your leadership toolkit to prepare for the future. WeConnect will include opportunities to network, an interactive workshop titled "Leveraging Generations and Gender to Fuel Workplace Impact" by Joan Kuhl, a panel discussion for Purdue alumnae to share how they are moving their companies into the future, and a fun-filled session hosted by ComedySportz that explains what business can learn from Improv.
