Important Information

The scheduling assistant is now available. Here are some key points when using it:

  1. It will ask for a PIN.
  2. Hit cancel.
  3. It will show the student's schedule.
  4. Go to upper right of page and select summer or fall term to change
  5. Students may then play around with their desired courses to determine what may be available.
  6. Currently nothing can be saved in the Scheduling Assistant, so what is there today may not be there when their time ticket opens.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Beacon Academy at 620 Cumberland Avenue is seeking volunteers to work with students in Math and Science. Beacon is a charter school for at risk youth in grades 7-12. This is a great opportunity to broaden your experiences and add to your resume. As you know, employers and Graduate schools like to see academic excellence as well as community service.
