I am an Academic Advisor for the College of Science advising, Data Science, Math, Statistics and Actuarial Science majors. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona and then moved to Florida where I lived for 13 years. I’m still trying to survive these Indiana winters. I love spending time with my husband, a Purdue Alumni from the College of Nursing and our two dogs.
My experience includes working in several hospital systems. I have worked as a Case Manager with orthopedic patients suffering from traumatic injuries. I have also served and counseled Military Veterans and their families. I spent time working in the child welfare system as well. I enjoyed working with those individuals and I am blessed to now work in higher education with Purdue students. Boiler Up!
