Darianne Cherry

Hello! My name is Darianne, and I am an Academic Advisor in the College of Science. I’m originally from southern Indiana and earned my Master of Social Work from Indiana University – Indianapolis. Prior to advising, I worked in the mental health field providing therapy and case management services.

I am passionate about supporting students and strive to serve as a trusted partner and listening ear throughout their academic journey. In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, reading, and attending live music shows (especially heavy metal). I am always open to new music recommendations!
