Registration

To register for the conference, go on-line through the Purdue University Conference office’s website. (Please visit http://www.conf.purdue.edu/success.) The registration fee is $150, which covers all meals and breaks during the conference, as well as the dissemination of the implementable actions recommended by conference participants. If you find you are unable to attend, a partial or full refund may be available. Please contact Jan Coleman at jcolema1@purdue.edu to coordinate this.

  • Accommodations. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Purdue Memorial Union Club Hotel on campus. When making reservations, be sure to mention that you are attending this conference. This block of rooms will be available until May 6. For information or to make reservations, call 765-494-8913 or 800-320-6291. Should you wish to stay at another area hotel, a listing is available on the West Lafayette-Lafayette Convention and Visitors Bureau website.

  • Travel. Airline travel to the Lafayette area is available via Indianapolis International Airport. located 60 miles south of the Lafayette area. Travel between Indianapolis and Lafayette can be handled in several ways:

    • Car rental. Numerous rental car agencies operate out of the Indianapolis airport. The most up-to-date information is available at the airport website.

    • Lafayette Limo. This service directly links the airport and the Union Club Hotel (as well as several other hotels in the area). Shuttles depart from the airport every two hours between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Fares are $22 one way or $39 round trip per person. For shuttle reservations, call 765-497-3828.

    Those living within driving distance may prefer to travel via private auto. Maps of the campus, the Great Lafayette area, and a wider region are available on the Purdue Conference website and will also be included with your registration confirmation.

  • Parking. The Grant Street Parking Garage is located directly across the street from the Purdue Memorial Union. Union Club Hotel guests receive a permit for free parking in this garage.
