About the SBPP

The SBPP is a customer driven program designed to build mutually beneficial relationships for the College of Science with corporations in industry sectors that have shared strategic interests in science and technology. The SBPP provides businesses with access to unique intellectual "assets"–areas of knowledge and expertise–and the potential of creating a competitive advantage.

• Facilitate and energize the flow of people with scientific and technological expertise between corporations and the College of Science and, when appropriate, other colleges and centers at Purdue.
• Promote internship and employment opportunities for students with corporate partners
• Increase funding for faculty appointments and research
