NSF Research Experience for Undergraduates Program
The NSF Research Experience for Undergraduates Program at the University of Houston, "Innovations in Nanotechnology," is seeking students interested in conducting research in the area of nanomagnetics. While the official application deadline has passed, we are still looking for qualified applicants with an interest in this project. The extended deadline (for this project only) is Friday, April 4.
Program Dates: May 27 - July 29, 2008
Receive:- Valuable graduate-level research experience
- $4,200 stipend
- Housing in furnished university apartment for non-local participants
- Travel stipend if residence is not local (A car is recommended to get around Houston)
- GPA 3.0/4.0
- US citizen/permanent resident status
- Junior/senior in related science or engineering field
