Proposed Undergraduate Curriculum

The Undergraduate Education Task Force (UETF) developed a proposed Science Core Curriculum to provide students with key academic foundations needed to succeed in their careers. Priorities incorporated into this curriculum are expected to produce these outcomes:

I. Demonstrated depth in the major;
II. Ability to think and function as a scientist;
III. Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing;
IV. Ability to work as part of a team;
V. Ability to function in a multidisciplinary setting; and
VI. Demonstrated breadth of knowledge.
