The Scholarship Committee shall consist of one Scholarship Liaison from each Science department, the Science Diversity Office, and the Dean's office. The duties of the committee are to review, select and administer scholarships, awards and prizes for individual departments and for the College of Science.

The Departmental Scholarship Liaison may be a member of the faculty or administrative staff, appointed by the Department Head for a three-year term. (Terms will be staggered to provide continuity across the College.) Individuals may serve multiple terms as Departmental Scholarship Liaison at the discretion of the Department Head.
