Women Scientists from Roche Diagnostics to visit Purdue October 5

Women in Science Programs invites you to a panel discussion of women scientists from Roche Diagnostics. These women will talk about their jobs, their college preparation (several are Purdue alumnae with both undergraduate and graduate degrees), and how they have been able to balance their careers and family. Pizza will be available for a light dinner. There will be time for individual questions after the panel presentation. Here is the information about the time and location:

Wednesday, October 5th
4:30 – 6:00 PM
Whistler, Room 116

Whistler is south of State Street, behind Entomology Hall. The panel line-up is:
• Linda Jacobsen- Principal Scientist in Roche’s Applied Science division.
• Barbara Hosein- Manager in Research & Development in Roche’s Centralized Diagnostics division.
• Sienna Henning- Research Scientist in Research & Development in Roche’s Diabetes Care division.
• Ann Stankiewicz- Quality Assurance Principal in Quality in Roche’s Diabetes Care division.
• Andrea Meyer- Industrial Hygienist in Safety in Roche’s Core Operations.
• Tonya Childress- Manager of Product Support Engineering in Roche's Near Patient Testing Division
• Katy Allen- Principal Scientist in Roche's Applied Science Division
