Alumni NewsTheresa C. Brown (B.S. 1990, Biological Sciences) writes, “David (EE 1990) and I have been married 16 years with two children — Lauren, 12, and Sara, 10. In September, I became the medical director of the new cytogenetics lab at CSI (cytometry specialists inc.) It is a small oncology diagnostics lab where we work mainly with leukemia and lymphoma samples, but also do solid tumors, products of conceptions and some constitutional chromosomal analyses. David is continuing to work for Control Engineering (Phoenix, AZ) long distance. It is a commercial HVAC company.” Carl Cammarata (B.S. 1978, Computer Science) was appointed to the position of Chief Information Security Officer at The City University of New York. The university is comprised of 23 Colleges and over 400,000 students in New York City. Zachary Hollcraft (B.S. 2001, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences) is attending Old Dominion University for a master’s in environmental engineering. Len Loker (M.S. 1964, Physics) has become interested in the genetic code. He has set some of the translations to music and is doing some histograms on the constituent proteins. One composition, a human gene on chromosome 5, IRX1, posted here. Ngaingai Tin (B.S. 1992, Computer Science) was hired as the brand manager of Estee Lauder in Tokyo, Japan.
