Please complete the steps below. Have your Purdue Identification numbre (PUID) ready. See www.purdue.edu/securepurdue/puid/Welcome.cfm

1. Contact the College of Science to begin the process. Either call 765-494-1771 or email scienceadvising@purdue.edu.

2. Complete the Student Information Form online.

3. Take the Calculus Readiness Test (CRT). This applies to all students admitted to the College of Science. You may study for and take the Calculus Readiness Test online at www.math.purdue.edu/placement/ . Follow the instructions. The results of this test will determine your placement in mathematics and science classes. Before attempting the CRT, you have unlimited access to the practice test of the CRT.

If you score less than 13 in your 3 attempts at the CRT you will also need to take the Algebra Readiness Test (ART).

4. Incoming Computer Science students must take the Computer Science Readiness Test .

5. Read through this web site.

6. Print out and complete the Checklist of things that need to be done.
