Q: When should I make a final copy of / print my poster?

A: We suggest that you plan to print your poster a week
before the event (March 24th). If you have difficulties that leaves time
to problem solve.

Q: I have classes all day, can I still participate?

A: You do not have to be present to participate, but you
must be present long enough to be judged to be considered for any of the
awards. Additionally, in the event that we have too many posters for the
space, we will give preference to posters that will have students
present.

Q: Where can I get my poster printed?

A: First, please consult your research advisor, some
colleges/schools have a plan in place. Secondly, you can pay for
commercial printing but this can be expensive. Keep in mind that you are
not required to print a large poster - you can smaller sheets and piece
them together on the display board provided
