Considering Graduate School
Your first resource when considering graduate school in a specific scientific area is a faculty advisor in the area of interest. Check with your academic advisor or faculty advisor. For admission to most graduate programs in a scientific discipline, undergraduate research experience is crucial.
In addition to specific areas of science, School of Science students may consider graduate school in almost any area, including allied health, administration, business, behavioral sciences, etc. Make an appointment with a career counselor in the Center for Career Opportunities – Science Division, Math 231, 494-1771 to discuss these possibilities.
