- 12:00-2:00 PM Student Set-up
- 2:00-7:00 PM Poster Viewing
- 2:00-6:00 PM Poster Judging
- 6:30 PM (approximately) Awards Ceremony - North Ballroom Stage
The Colleges of Science, Agriculture, Engineering, and Technology, along with the College of Science Student Council will be hosting the Undergraduate Research and Poster Symposium on Monday, March 31st, 2008.
This event will be open to any undergraduate student doing research and will bring awareness to undergraduate research programs at Purdue. Though research may be still in progress and results not yet available, students are encouraged to showcase the progress of their research.
About Awards
Awards will be given based on:
-
1. Best in Category
2. Dean's and/or Student Award for each of the four sponsoring Colleges
3. Best abstract in each category sponsored by Purdue University Libraries
The number of awards in each poster category will be determined based on the
number of entries for that category. This will allows the award distribution
to be more balanced.
