REGISTRATION FOR SPRING 2007
Registration times and how to sign up for an appointment
Registration for spring semester courses will begin on October 13. You may sign up for a 30-minute registration appointment by calling 494-3099 or by visiting the office in PHYS 217. Appointment requests will not be accepted via email. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment time, so please write it down!
Walk-in registration will not begin until November 17. If you plan to register during walk-in times please come prepared!
Things to do to prepare for your appointment
Review your major and minor requirements and progress report (on SSINFO) before your appointment: MINORS
See the sample plans of study on the physics web site (they are a little updated currently but will be fixed as soon as a decision is made):
E-mail me a tentative plan of study for review and approval during your appointment
Review elective and general education options and come in with ideas
If you have special scheduling needs (employment, medical, religious, etc.), please let me know that in your e-mail to me.

Other Important Information
- If you would like to take a course for a THIRD time you request permission. See me for information on how to do request a third enrollment.
- Your Science degree requires 32 credits of courses at the Junior or Senior level. Typically, these are considered to be 300-400 level courses.
- A C or better is required in Pre-Calculus Courses (MA 153 & 154, or 159) to continue in to any version of MA 161.
